Advisory / Build

Put the first redesign into production. Target: 90 days.

Most AI work stalls between the demo and daily use. Build closes that gap. We take the first priority from your roadmap and run it for real: new workflows, working systems, people trained, results measured.

What you get

  • The redesigned workflow, live.

Running in your business, not in a sandbox, and accepted against criteria we agree at the start.

  • The systems behind it.

Integrations with the tools you already use, ordinary automation where it fits, AI where it earns its place.

  • Controls.

Permissions, escalation points and clear human ownership of every decision that matters.

  • Your people, ready.

The team that runs it understands it and owns it.

  • A scorecard.

Before and after, on the measures agreed at the start, including the full cost of running the new system.

How the 90 days run

  1. Set up

Confirm scope, acceptance criteria, success measures and access. Baseline the current numbers.

  2. Build and test

Working pieces every two weeks, tested with the people who will use them.

  3. Go live

Switch over, watch closely, fix fast.

  4. Measure and hand over

The scorecard, the documentation and the next priority.

Terms

Fixed price, agreed after the Redesign readout or a scoping call.

Build starts once the prerequisites are in place: system access, a named decision-maker, and security review where your company needs one.

Scope, acceptance criteria and the 90-day target are agreed in writing at the start. The timeline depends on that access, on outside dependencies such as vendor integrations, and on decisions arriving on time; if one slips, the date moves with it.

Part of the fee can be tied to the agreed results if you prefer. Half your Redesign fee counts toward Build if you start within 60 days.

Strategy is human. Execution is increasingly hybrid.
